Moroccan kilims are highly durable, flat woven rugs, typically made from cotton or wool. Kilim rugs are used by the Berbers for a variety of purposes; as decorative floor or wall coverings in domestic homes or Bedouin tents and even as blankets. Kilim rugs belong to the northernwest area of Morocco at the foot of the Medium Atlas mountains chain.
